Using Chills
Chills is a free live-music discovery service. You may browse without an account. If you create an account, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
Music and third-party services
Most beta performances are embedded or linked from third-party platforms and remain subject to their availability, terms, advertising, regional restrictions, and rights-management systems. Chills may also host recordings supplied under direct written permission from the relevant partner or rights holder. Chills cannot guarantee that every external performance will remain available. Relisten-ranked recordings play from their original Internet Archive items. Internet Archive Live Music Archive and Phish.in recordings are offered only as part of this free, non-commercial service and link back to their original source pages. Audius tracks stream from Audius, retain their artist and canonical track attribution, and remain subject to the Audius Open Music License or any alternative licence attached to the track.
Community contributions
You retain ownership of text you submit. You give Chills permission to store, display, moderate, and format it for operating and promoting the service. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or private material. We may remove contributions or restrict accounts to protect people, artists, and the service.
Community standards
Memories and nominations must be relevant, respectful, and yours to share. Do not post harassment, hate or abuse, sexual or graphic material, child sexual abuse or exploitation, spam, impersonation, private information, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Automated safeguards may hold a contribution for review. People can report content and block contributors in the app. We review reports promptly and may hide content or restrict accounts where necessary. Urgent concerns can be sent to hello@chills.live.
Artists and rights holders
A partner enquiry does not grant Chills any licence or other rights. Direct hosting begins only after the relevant permissions and permitted uses are recorded in a separate written agreement. The person sharing a recording must not upload or authorize material they do not have the authority to share.

Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features and catalogue entries may change, and temporary interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending your account
You may stop using Chills at any time and permanently delete your account from the Account screen. We may suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or serious breaches of these terms.
